Those Google-hosted cards now appear within AI Mode answers for many local and product searches.<\/p> <p><strong>Google cards moved up. <\/strong>AI Mode now surfaces Google Business Profiles as inline panels for local-intent queries.<\/p> <p>These panels can display a business\u2019s hours, photos, location, and reviews before users reach the company\u2019s website. Profound said the shift makes the Google-hosted profile the first page many users see.<\/p> <p><strong>Local categories led. <\/strong>The change was strongest in industries where local intent drives revenue, including:<\/p> <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Hospitality and travel<\/li> <li>Home services<\/li> <li>Restaurants and dining<\/li> <li>Real estate<\/li> <li>Healthcare<\/li> <\/ul> <p id=\"h-product-panels-gained-ground\"><strong>Product panels gained ground<\/strong>. Product searches also shifted toward Google-hosted results.
