Operations define <em data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"875\">how<\/em> to get there. Governance is what keeps everyone moving in the same direction, at the same speed, without crashing into each other.<\/p> <p data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1095\">In my earlier <em data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1038\">Search Engine Journal<\/em> articles, we built the foundation for this discussion:<\/p> <p data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1875\">This article closes the loop.
