They list their name, address, and phone number (NAP), embed a contact form, and call it a day.<\/p> <p>Google is saying, \u201cGive me data about your business,\u201d and you\u2019re saying, \u201cNo data for you.\u201d<\/p> <p>What you need to do instead is give your contact page the same level of care and attention as a multi-location landing page. <\/p> <p>Here are the must-haves for a contact page that converts site visitors into paying customers:<\/p> <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Business identity.<\/li> <li>Contact information.<\/li> <li>Trust factors and social proof.<\/li> <li>Location-specific content.<\/li> <li>Amenities.<\/li> <li>Call to action.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2 id=\"business-identity\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Business identity<\/h2> <p>Just like every other page on your site, your contact page should reflect your brand. This means you should include:<\/p> <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"> <li>Your business logo (that matches all your other marketing materials and real-world signage).<\/li> <li>Your slogan (bonus points if you can work some keywords into it for added SEO value).<\/li> <li>A short introduction that explains what your business does, where it\u2019s located, and what your unique value proposition (UVP) is.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong><em>Dig deeper: The local SEO gatekeeper: How Google defines your entity<\/em><\/strong><\/p> <p>You won\u2019t believe how many businesses forget to include their contact information on their contact page.
