The footage is reportedly used to improve Meta\u2019s AI systems and the experience of its wearable devices.<\/p> <p>The investigation suggests that some of the clips reviewed by contractors include deeply private moments captured unintentionally by users.\u00a0<\/p> <p>\u201cIn some videos, you can see someone going to the toilet, or getting undressed,\u201d one Sama employee told the publications. \u201cI don\u2019t think they know, because if they knew, they wouldn\u2019t be recording.\u201d<\/p> <p>Another worker described the extent of what reviewers can see while labelling content for AI training.\u00a0<\/p> <p>\u201cWe see everything, from living rooms to naked bodies. Meta has that type of content in its databases,\u201d the employee said. \u201cPeople can record themselves in the wrong way and not even know what they are recording.
