Google is testing showing video ads within the local pack ads. This is also known as immersive map view videos, I am told.
This was spotted by Anthony Higman who wrote on LinkedIn, “Google Is Now Working In Immersive Map View Videos Into PPC Ads. This Is Related To A Pre Opted Into Setting I Found A Few Months Back In Location Manager.”
